Khoi Nguyen Education (“KNE” or the “Company”), founded in 2009, is a reputable K-12 education group based in Ho Chi Minh City. The Company is currently serving approximately 2,700 students at 4 schools, including an international K-12 school, a bilingual grade 1-12 school, a Vietnamese-curriculum grade 1-12 school, and a kindergarten school.
